Upside Cidery

Off the highway just across from the airport and the kangaroo farm is a cidery that serves different types of cider, comfort food, has a good sized patio, and is dog friendly. The dining area is large and has two sides. There was a shelf of small games that you can play at your table. We ordered a flight of cider to share along with a keep it simple pizza (margherita pizza). The pizza is cooked outside and is a thin crust. The pizza dough is soft and fluffy and you can tell it is hand-made and fresh from the oven. It was also good to try the cider that was on tap and we enjoyed the honey cider the most. Very clean space and lots of seating and a good sized parking lot. Their upstairs patio wasn’t yet open but it’s a great place to go and hang out with friends.

We had a great time checking out Upside Cidery. The drinks were great and the food was awesome. Definitely worth checking it out!

Very cute little spot near the airport in Kelowna. We stopped in here before our red eye flight for a cider and some food. The food comes from a chip truck and it is very good. We had the prosciutto pizza and the maple bourbon korean chicken. We tried a variety of coders and the cherry cider was my favourite.

Great place for a snack and cider. The food is great, and the staff is friendly. Hallie was an awesome server, she even held my baby when I needed a hand!

This is a very casual spot with very good food and cider. The staff is very friendly and there are large tables to accommodate bigger groups. Because the kitchen is actually a food truck, you may need to wait a bit longer for your order —the capacity to serve food is simply lower than their capacity to seat people, and because the food is good everyone is ordering something. The good news is that because of their unique kitchen situation they are able to have dogs in the taproom! The flip side of having these great attributes is that they seem to have a very regular clientele who are there often and as such those clientele and the staff are very loose with any kind of dog rules, which can be a challenge for other dog owners. Everytime I’ve been there, there are dogs off-leash which personally I don’t like, it puts me and my dog in a weird spot —I mention this just so other folks are aware of what the situation may be during their visit.

While we travel to Kelowna today this has become one of my fav places to stop at, the service is always good and they have The back hand of God on tap, I recommend all the pizzas cause we ha e tried all of them so far and today we had a Caesar salad that was really good they put capers in the salad "yum" we will return again and again
