The layering food concept is quite the experience. It is delicious. The freshness of the food is amazing. To see the meal prepared, is a great experience. The staff is young, so they aren't so patient. Some are very nice. 3/25/24 Naquana was a disgusting server today.

The chef cooking today needs a raise!! I eat Upbeet AT LEAST 3 times a week and usually there are some days better than others but today was perfection. I ordered the Curry Up. They took their time with the chick peas (bc just like cabbage everybody cannot cook chick peas), the sweet potatoes were boiled to perfection, and the chicken wasn’t rubbery. Cheers to the chef on this lovely Monday!

Hands down best restaurant I’ve been to in Nashville! I only eat whole foods and this place only has organic produce and well sourced proteins! The staff were simply delightful and I believe I met the owners who were also extremely kind! I could not recommend this restaurant more. My only complaint is that there’s not an Upbeet where I live

Drove across town to eat at this place and they was closing an hour early. Unacceptable.

I used to go here every single day at least twice a day. For a long time they overcharged me. When I mentioned it the manager she tried to argue with me. In front of other customers at that. It was very weird. After that whenever I came in she started following whoever served me around. This woman is a complete stranger to me. It was the weirdest behavior and oddly obsessive. Anyway, I complained to management but no one got back to me so ‍♀️ALSO I’m pretty positive that at one point the sweet cashew dressing had CHEESE in it. ALSO it’s worth noting that some of their past employees have complained about not getting paid. It’s in their IG page. Also, if you go during the day the parking lot is chaos and there’s a 10-20 minute wait time. Personally, it’s just not worth the trouble to me. If you want something just as good without the wait SweetGreen is across the street. And don’t mind the response below I emailed them a month later zero response.

I have been to Upbeet several times. Tanja has served me on multiple occasions and the service has been excellent and professional. The salads are delicious and always fresh.

Eric recommended the Aloha bowl to me and it changed my life for the better! Great food, amazing service, and worth every penny!
