I'm saddened to say that our recent visit to Unos was extremely disappointing. It's evident that the restaurant has been on a downward spiral over the past few years, but our latest experience was truly the tipping point. Upon arrival, we were met with a disorganized scene. Despite there being only a few occupied tables, it took an 15 minutes for us to be seated. The ambiance was far from inviting; water leaking onto the floor from one of the drinks stations, and the drafty windows didn't help either. To make matters worse, there were only two employees present, a cook and a waitress. The poor waitress seemed overwhelmed, understandably so, given the lack of support staff. It was evident that they were understaffed and struggling to keep up. The state of the restrooms was deplorable, a clear indication of the restaurant's neglect of basic hygiene standards. We never received our drinks, food took over an hour to make it to the table, and when our food finally arrived, it was incorrect. This Unos a mere shadow of its former self. I would strongly advise diners to seek alternatives until the management addresses the glaring issues plaguing this place. It's truly disheartening to witness such a decline in what was once a cherished dining spot.
I'm here right now lol but I have been here hundreds of times and I love their food!
Great place for Chicago style pizza and excellent service
We went there today at noon opened at 11:30. Went into this thinking food would be hot and amazing since we happened to be the only ones there and they just opened… OMG it was terrible food was cold under cooked soggy tin foil on the top, kids couldn’t eat sauce was cold. Chicken sandwich was soggy. then I took my 2 kids to the bathroom and OMG It was disgusting smelled so bad my 2 kids were trying not to throw up. Like sewer gas one toilet clogged… no paper towels air dryers broke. Then the men’s room was just as disgusting. The whole place was a disappointment I would not recommend. The waiter however was good.
Amazing how this location has gone downhill over the years. I love Uno's but I won't visit this location again. Other restaurants in the plaza were full, Uno's had 2 customers. I should have known. Pizza tasted old and just warmed, didn't seem like it was cooked. The whole restaurant smells like stale food
We got the Italian beef arancini as an appetizer. When it was brought out to us we started eating it only to find out the middle of the arancini balls were rock hard - they were still frozen!! We notified waitress and she took it back, after some time brought us a new more thoroughly cooked arancini app. 2nd app was hot and tasted fine, they didn't charge us for app. Service was a bit slow though, took a long time to even get the first app, and then even longer to get the 2nd app, and a long time before pizzas were brought out. We got there at 6:20 did not leave until 7:45. Waitress never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks, she didn't seem to care. Pizzas tasted good, but I felt like the service was very slow, and they would NOT honor a deal I saw on Facebook for buy 1 get 1 free pizza. Waitress said she would honor it and then later on talked to her manager and would only give us 50% off the 2nd pizza. So that was disappointing too. Food was good though other than the 1st cold app. Parking: Many free spots
