We Went in for milkshakes today . The nice black lady with the tilted wig made the worst milkshakes we ever had . Threw them away . Please train them on how to make a milkshake waist of 20.00

Okay man to get a milkshake and there was one person ahead of me at the milkshake ice cream side. The old man took forever to make a small milkshake and went and handed it to her at the register and how about one finger letting me to hold on real quick so he can ring the next person up like he was going to come help me afterwards. What a big group came in and instead of helping me which I was next in line he decided to let me stand there and wait while he was going to ring out every single person when there were multiple employees at other registers. I finally got fed up and walked out. I was going to get gas but we decided hell no. I'm not going to give my money to that location.

9-28-22 i came around 10pm and the girl with the messed up curly hair with the broken blonde on top had her friends in there hanging out at the counter , no one was greeted when entering the store and she was playing feelin you and a song by cardi b and when she went to help me she was rude “are you getting ice cream” clearly if i’m in line, then i’m looking “matter fact what time is it ? her coworker says the time then she replies “oh your lucky because we close this ice cream bar at 10:30 like that was neither here nor there nor did i need to know that. Just rude. The other worker was nice though.

Won't be back for sure. Their dip side was terrible. Asked for a butter pecan shake and was told - "I'm not doing butter pecan; it has nuts in it. I'm not dealing with it." Customer service was terrible. Workers were lazy. I stood in line for about several minutes (was easily 10 minutes) and it was not until there was a line behind me that someone actually got up to take orders. Also my shake only had 3 scoops of ice cream while the person behind me got 5 scoops and we both had the giant shake. If I could give zero stars I would.

Peach ice cream, the best!

I just went for the ice cream. The employee, a young man, was very friendly and knowledgeable about his job (a good salesman too). The ice cream is the best I've had in years.
