Undercote is an absolute must do if you’re visiting or for a date night. There may be a little bit of a wait at the door but it is well worth it. The bartenders really made our experience. Had recommendations and knew the menu extremely well. Try the Korean gnocchi. The sauce it came with was incredible.
While waiting for our table to be ready, we convened down here for a pre-dinner cocktail. I got the one called "DNA", which was probably the cheapest of all the drinks on the menu. The cocktail was good, a bit citrusy and quenched my thirst. The plants and rainforest aesthetic was neat. Parking: There is street parking but also a parking garage on that block. Kid-friendliness: Not a place for kids
This was where it was confirmed for me that the $25 minimum cocktail price is now the norm. The air in this place is delicious! All the plant walls, beautiful and inventive cocktails, kind professional staff- all adds up to be worth the wait and cost!
Loved everything about this place. Found it by accident and this couldn’t have been a better start to a date night. The aesthetic was incredible and so were the cocktails!
Swanky speak easy under Cote no reservations required experience Cote dishes without the hard to get reservations
Great atmosphere! Expensive cocktails but feels very exclusive and a good place to wait for a table at Cote. We got the Korean bacon and it was a little too thick and fatty for me personally but excellent flavors.
One of my favorite bars. Just downstairs from Cote, behind a curtain and meat fridges, the bar is small with dark mood lighting with a few little nooks to break the space up. Table service. I love the illusions cocktail but there are also plenty of other choices which are really solid too. You can also order food in the bar - including wagyu or caviar.
Drinks were mid, vibe was eh, service was terrible. Waited 20 minutes after being seated before I finally approached someone get their attention to at least get a menu and order. Finally ordered drinks—they were mediocre at best. Mostly bland and boring, especially considering the price. The service continued to be abysmal. We had to go track someone down to order another drink—foolishly thinking another choice would be more impressive… Negative. The hostess was nice, apologetic, and comped the oysters we ordered. But the restaurant staff never brought the other dish we ordered lol. Idk why I was surprised at this point, but again, 30 minutes after our last drink, we had to walk up to someone to get the check. Absolute pass.
Checked it out while we were eating at COTE upstairs, loved the atmosphere, and the person at the entrance was so friendly!! and the cocktails looked AMAZINGLY! We will be back to actually try the small bites and cocktails and update this review once I do! Follow me on Google for more ❤️
