This place is absolutely outstanding! The food has all of the Katsu flavors I have been craving since we moved here from Chicago. Unfortunately, I ate my food so fast that I didn’t have a chance to take a photo. I will definitely have this place on repeat for when I’m craving some amazing Japanese curry!

I arrived for my very first Uncle Buda experience as they were opening up for the day. After a warm welcome I ordered their Thursday special, Yakisoba. I'm from the Pacific Northwest and up there Yakisoba is everywhere and it's one of my all time favorite noodle dishes. Uncle Buda nailed it! The sauce is sweet and savory, with bursts of fresh ginger. The noodles were perfect. My only complaint? I ate the whole thing in one sitting if you haven't tried this spot yet, I highly recommend it. Also of note, there are places to sit and eat outside, which is lovely, but I drove all the way home to Kyle before eating and it was still super hot!!

So yummy and reasonably priced for the fact that it's delicious and homemade. So happy. Katsu curry with pork is my new fave

This is the best kept secret in Buda. Cute cart, great service, the ambience is impeccably clean. And the chicken bowl and dumplings are awesome! I definitely will return and recommend. Open for lunch and dinner.

Great Asian food. The Quality and quantity of food received is excellent . Curry sauce superb but the melon drink s so delicious. Definitely worked checking out.
