Small dining area - only 4 tables inside with a capacity of 8 so your group should arrive together in order to get a table. Food is great and arrives quickly.

My family and I have been ordering Unchai for years. Tonight, part of our takeout was cold. When we called to let them know, they said that they always prep take out 15 minutes before pick up, even though they said it would be ready in 30 minutes. They also told me if I wanted a refund, to bring all of the food back that night. Did not offer to remake the food or anything so we can actually have a meal! Never had customer service like this. Unfortunately you have now lost a customer.

Disclaimer: i have a very average spice tolerance. Tried the khua kling and goodness even with less spice it was VERYY spicy makes it hard to judge the food. Portion is decent though. They’re big on their herbs too. 6.5/10 for me but thats just due to my own intolerance. The milk tea was good but portion quite small! 6/10. Would go back to try something diff maybe. Def on the pricier side. Service was really sweet though. Thank u for trying to seat us as best as u could given the small space!

Ordered two items for take out a pad that and a pad si yew .. it was 50$ also the pad Thai had chilli in it which I was not expecting and didn’t like as I can’t take any spice at all. The overall taste was okay but better value for money elsewhere.

Tiny place with 7 seats and great atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. Overall great experience

First time and what amazing street food! Grab and go place with some space to sit. Loved it!!!

A hidden gem in the city. Service was so friendly, I felt like I was being welcomed in to someone’s home as our server explained different items and signature dishes on the menu. Food itself is among, if not the best Thai I’ve had in Vancouver. Papaya salad was just ok, but the shrimp pad Thai and the red curry style dish we got was so flavourful. Loved the Thai iced tea. I thought prices were a bit high at first but portions are quite large - especially the curry! The restaurant itself is no frills - only room for about 8 guests at a first come first serve basis, clean but minimal effort put in to dining area. I’m in this neighbourhood frequently and can’t wait to go back!
