AMAZING experience ! I loved everything I ordered. I got the fried chicken, the fried tempura sushi roll, and the onigiri which was the highest quality tuna I’ve ever had in my life it was sooo good! We got a nice private room for my party and everything about this place is meticulously detailed! Go go go!!!

Felt like I was in NYC based off the atmosphere alone. Very cool place for a date night and the food was great, too.

Pricey sushi. Skewers affordable and tasty. Seems authentic but there's a learning curve to ordering from the vague menu Parking: Tight Lawrenceville parking. Walk blocks for street parking. Didn't see close paid lot Wheelchair accessibility: Third floor narrow stairs. Good luck

Umami was amazing! My boyfriend and I went here for my b-day dinner. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. It was super great sitting at the bar and watching the chefs in the kitchen. This was a super cool experience you can’t get at many places! Also the atmosphere was overall amazing! Such a great vibe.

This place is AMAZING! I have been going here for years and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is TOP NOTCH. It is fun to walk up the steps to the restaurant, you feel like to you are going to a secretly hideaway! Make a reservation FOR SURE! If you are going there last minute you can try to find a seat at the bar, which is great fun too. If you have a special occasion you can reserve the sunken tables in a separate room, super fun! The food is outstanding. We are a tough group, one vegetarian and one SUPER picky eater and we ALWAY come way totally stuffed and happy. The noodle dishes are the best thing ever - the Yaki Udon is a must. I dream about this dish. The sushi is delicious. So butter and yummy. For my super picky eater he just gets the ROBATAYAKI on the charcoal grill. YUM!!!! Writing this review make me want to go there RIGHT NOW! Vegetarian options: This is great for Vegetarians. Everything that is Vegetarian is highlighted as green on the menu. Super easy to find and has a ton of offerings. Parking: It is in the heart of Lawrenceville, so you are going to have a bit of a struggle to find parking. However, I always find it and only have to walk a few blocks! This should NOT be a reason you don't go to this restaurant.

The attention to detail in this restaurant is incredible. The food is thoughtful, fresh, and creative. It’s such a special place.
