Umami Burger

I ordered through Uber eats while visiting Austin tx. And the prices are very over priced for the amount and quality of their burgers. To put it in perspective. A basic McDonald's cheeseburger is bigger than the "manly burger" at Unami and the order of fries for 4.50 was the size of a small frie at any other burger place. Don't waste your hard earned money here if you're hungry and want to try something new.

Great delivery driver with Uber Eats, but otherwise this was terrible dining experience. They sent none of the sauces that were supposed to come with the order and the $16.50 burgers are worth about $3. McDonald’s-quality meat with sauce on a bun and no vegetables or fixings.

Ordered here one time through Uber eats, and I had a good experience. I got the patty melt and thin fries, and they both arrived to me in tact. I ordered bbq sauce on the side, but they never included it. I brushed it off in the moment, but if they're consistently not giving sauce to people, then it's a problem--they charge for sauces, so they need to be included! Aside from the lack of sauce, the delivery was great and the burger was good--the fries could use some more seasoning though.

Worst hamburger I've ever tasted. And one taste was all I dared to try. The meat tasted like something else that is brown...the only thing I could say was "that ain't right". And they had the audacity to charge $20 for it! Call the health department!!

Terrible, awful, gross! There was no such thing as truffle fries. Just plain old fries with no seasoning whatsoever. The cheesy tots tasted like they had been fried in oil that hasn't been changed in a year. Completely inedible. The chicken tenders tasted ok but I ordered buffalo sauce and jalapeno ranch for dipping sauce and didn't receive either. Very disappointing. Will not be ordering from here again.
