Food is really good, portions are small for the price though, compared to other hibachi places in the area.

Love this place. It’s the go to sushi place for me and my husband since 2019. I love the cozy vibe and we always get great food and good service. Yum!

Everything about this place was amazing. Very personal and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The freshness of the fish was top notch. Worth every penny! I wish I lived near by so I could enjoy this delicacy all the time. Definitely a top highlight of my visit to Florida!

My wife and I have been coming since 2018 the service and food has always delivered. Would recommend to any one who's in the Clearwater area to seek out Umai for fine sushi experience.

Horrible food and service, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. Come to this place as a last resort. I got sick after eating here And yes, absolutely the correct location near downtown Clearwater. I live down the street....

Food was okay but overpriced

Atmosphere is very cute, with clear attention to detail on every aspect of the experience. The food was delicious, especially the Lemon Tree roll. The server was kind and polite. Dietary restrictions: Ordered gluten/dairy free sushi

Fantastic food and service — and on Christmas Day no less! The Family Tree and Lemon Tree roll are MUST haves, as is the shrimp tempura, wow! Very fresh fish too. Also a great sake and wine selection to wrap things up. Highly recommend
