A small, tight West Village restaurant on Bedford near the intersection of Houston & Varick. Having eaten at Georgian restaurants in Queens, my first impression of this locale was non authentic, but I could not be more wrong. I tried a glass of their dry red, Mukuzani, and it tasted like a fine wine! My spouse, normally not a wine drinker, loved the taste so much, we splurged & split a bottle! We ordered a lobiani kachapuri, and it was amazing! We split their pork ribs with plum sauce, and the flavors were spectacular! We could not believe how good everything was. We gave their beef khinkali a try (4 for $18), and they were worth every penny. So, so good! Our bill was a bit over $200 with everything mentioned above. Can't wait to return!
Delicious, great flavors, friendly service, will return. Cauliflower was impressively tasty and filling.
Very solid Georgian spot. Kudos on the relaxing music. Not loud
Quality Georgian wines and amazing dishes. Finish it off with the Pavlova. I've been here a couple of times and it is becoming one of my favorite spots on the West Village. Not too far from the train and location is perfect for a walk by the park or the pier after dinner. Great for a date or catching up with friends. Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible but outdoor dining may be accessible
This is The REAL DEAL when it comes to Georgian Food. Highly recommend. YUM! Great Kachapuri!!! Vegetarian options: The National Dish Kachapuri is Vegetarian but not Vegan. Parking: As all places in Manhattan parking really tough, but there are meters on 7th Ave Best time is after 5pm. Kid-friendliness: Not good for children. Wheelchair accessibility: It is NOT!!!
Delicious genuine Georgian place in the heart of west village. Stopped randomly for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The waitress recommended that we try their orange wine and we loved it.
I have eaten at several Georgian restaurants in the city and this one is my favorite. Everything is just consistently delicious. The restaurant is beautiful and the service is nice. Every time I come, I get at least the khachapuri adjaruli and the assorted pickles. I’ve also tried some of their red and white wines. The Khinkali are also so delicious. Located in the West Village, a great area. If you’re looking for Georgian food, this is a wonderful choice.
Delicious food highly recommend their Georgian red wine! super friendly staff!
