The downstairs is quite loud while the upstairs has much better acoustics and you can hear your friends better. The staff are excellent and very accommodating. We had 12 people and they did a super job of taking care of us. The portions are huge so you get your moneys worth. We had reservations so did not have to wait. All the food was good. Try to eat upstairs in the Venice room.
