So about a year ago I attempted to order online for dinner, but their website wasn't cooperating so I tried calling them. I asked if their website is working I got a curt "yes" and the woman hung up couldn't even ask if they could take my order over the phone since I knew what I wanted. Soo I intentionally avoided them since... UNTIL TODAY! I just so happened wanted Chinese that wasn't Panda Express, and we've tried other places already so we gave them another go. Their website worked! I arrived early as I do, and while the place looked really pretty it wasn't that busy. Not enough to be ignored for ten solid minutes When I was finally noticed there was no 'Hi welcome to Twin Dragons!' I got a curt "Can we help you??" From a curt woman. After telling her that yes I'm there for an online order she just stared at me and demanded my name with an attitude. After telling my name and providing my card, she eventually returned after processing my payment and stated "We're so busy. We're supposed to close permanently tomorrow but today we got a party of like 200 people!" ..... This building can't hold that many people, there were four tables seated and MAYBE a handful of people gathered near the bar. Ok sweaty. The food was decent, not really worth $41 for two entrees and an appetizer. I asked for my orange chicken to be extra spicy and it was sweet! There were just two dried chili peppers probably tossed in at the very end and did not taste good at all with the whole orange rind pieces. I couldn't taste any crab in those crab Rangoons! Poor customer service kept us away, and considering the other reviews (plus the hilarious restaurant responses) it's not worth the effort to try and get a refund. Not surprised they're going out of business!!
First time there, waiter was good. Hostess was less than courteous, wait time at table was about 20 min. Food was fair, below expectation.
Unfortunately today is thier last day, but always great food and great staff.
Heard you guys were closing. :0( Your restaurant was a favorite of mine as I was a nurse over at Swedish. Best wishes for your next chapter, the community will miss you!!!!!
Twin Dragons last day in business was 4/30/2023 after serving the best Chinese food around for over 47 years. If you are reading this and never had it, you sure missed out!!
Great family business that was in business for 47 years; it had an amazing atmosphere, staff, and food!!
