Very disappointing experience at this restaurant. With a reservation made months in advance, we were asked if we wanted to sit in the wine cellar. We agreed, not knowing how noisy it is, located next to a bar with loud patrons, tiled floors and no sound absorbing materials. The wine cellar actually IS a bar disguised as another dining room. They gave us 4 bar food menus and only one dinner menu for 4 of us. We asked for dinner menus and they had the nerve to ask us how many menus we wanted. If you’re looking for a more quiet dinner experience you probably want to ask for the actual dining room. Upon leaving, we noticed that the other dining room is at least a bit more formal and quiet. We ordered drinks and were rushed to place our food orders soon after. The food was served in about 5 minutes, not even giving us time to enjoy our drinks. My order, the lasagna bolognese, was bland and I’m sure was just heated for 3 minutes in a microwave. Nothing was made fresh to order. The rolls were served cold and needed a hammer to break them. It felt as if they were left over from another meal or previous day. We decided to skip desserts and just have an after dinner drink to celebrate a birthday and that was a good choice. I would pass the experience off as just being a very average meal if prices were not as high as they were. The restaurant should have mentioned the dining room was quieter so we could make an informed decision, especially since we were obviously there for a birthday dinner reserved 2 months in advance. They robbed us of every chance they could to make this a special occasion. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Our waitress Ada was so incredibly sweet and kind! I went with a few friends for a competition and when we told her we had placed she brought us free gelato! absolutely would recommend!

John saved us at dinner. He made our birthday celebration for my wife incredible and refused with a smile to take any tip. What Disney magic!!! Thank you!!

The waitress, Nicole, was a particular highlight - exceptionally friendly and professional at the same time. The entire family found her really great.

We had never eaten at Tutto Italia located at Epcot before. We were totally blown away about every aspect of this hidden gem of a restaurant. Our waitress, Cristina, was perfect in every way and could not have done anything more to improve our overall experience. She was polite, personable, and professional….absolutely perfect. Based on her recommendations, we had an incredible and unforgettable meal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
