Food was good, competitively priced, atmosphere and decor was on point. Service was terrible. We were on bar side, took us 15 minutes for our server to stop by the table after we were seated. Took another 40 minutes to get food. Took the hostess asking us if we'd like to go boxes to be able to get our bills. Server checked in all of 3 times (drink order, food order, cheques) during the entirety of our visit. The caveat is that she was also bartender, so she was fairly busy. However if you're too busy to attend your tables, you shouldn't be taking them on and have another person attending those tables.
Hi there My name is Dennis From Avas, I have to say, the food and experience was 100% yesterday at TJC I like to give real feedback because that is what every business owner needs to hear From the great drinks, to the amazing food, to our server Victoria, not to mention the presence of management being there not just looking so sharp but also being 100% of a true gentlemen and so professional was just an amazing combination. Now that the place has a new fresh look these guys are just gonna crush it, please continue to do exactly what you’re doing cause it’s working very well!!
Super disappointed. We reserved for a small birthday dinner. A small table of 6 was seemingly too tall a task for them to handle. They missed one person's complete order. We asked for tobassco 5 times, they served it almost half way into dinner and immediately came back asking for it, as if there was only a bottle of tobaacoo at the restaurant. I called them 3 times ahead of time to ensure that they bring out a birthday dessert at the end. Then I reminded them 3 times while we were at the venue. They served 3 birthday desserts to our adjacent table but not a single order at our table. We wanted to pay separately and simple division with 3 seemed like an arduous task for them. For the buck they charge, it was worst service ever. Our waitress had no idea who order what and when asked about the birthday dessert she kept repeating "I have no idea what you are talking about".
Ordered a California top sirloin for 42.98 before tax any 2.99 dollars gravy. Mushroom 2 dollar. Steak is definitely not defrosted before it’s grilled, there is a picture show how the meat isn’t smooth it taste like sand its extremely minced. The most expensive thing we’ve ordered taste the worse. Will not come again
