Everything is delicious! The burger is thick and a welcome change from most restaurants charging a ton for thin and wimpy hamburgers. The jerk chicken wrap is saucy and flavorful. The Philly is always a safe and savory call. Plus, the sandwiches come with fries drenched in a delectable mild sauce. Add the great mission behind the restaurant and it’s a perfect 10

The turkey burger was dry with no taste to the meat. I enjoyed eating the few grilled onions that was on the burger.

Not only was the food excellent. I warmed it up the next day, and it tasted fantastic. The customer service was the best and stood out the most. I ordered online but always called the restaurants to ensure my order went through. When they told me that they hadn't received the order, I tried calling the other location. So, I called the other location, and they hadn't received the order. I called back and told Aja that the other location didn't receive the order either; Aja took my order over the phone, and when I got there 10 minutes later, my order was ready. I showed her that I had let my bank know I had made the purchase online, so I thought I would get a double charge if I paid again. She assured me I would not and told me to check my bank the next day. She took down my name and phone number and assured me she would call me the next day to ensure I wasn't double charged. Guess what? She called me the next day. I couldn't answer the phone, but that did not stop her; she texted to make sure that it was her check-up on me. And NO, I wasn't double charged. Thank you, Aja.

My brother and I decided everytime I came home we would try a different food place instead of our usual. Let me say this the customer service superb and the food made me want to go back after riding only a block to smack everybody for how amazing the food tasted and was prepared. We aren't a family of unfamiliar soulfood but Turkey Chop Gourmet Grill on Chicago Ave deserves 10 stars. Ya girl back home from Ohio!
