Much better cocktail list upstairs than down but you need a reservation upstairs.

A cool spot for cocktails and to catch up with friends. If you're looking for charming ambiance for a date then you can't go wrong with Tupper & Reed. The place has enough character and romantic dining nooks upstairs to properly align all the stars, no matter how big or small.
