Really the best music venue in town. But the staff makes it!
I was really hoping to love this place...I didn't. The bartenders skip right over the people in line to serve all the people that walk up on the side that are louder and wave money. Even after you ask politely if you can be next since you are waiting your turn. Instead the bartenders choose to argue that the others were there before you even though they walked in the bar after you did...I mean if that's the vibe your going for then you nailed it. It happen 3 times to me and the guys in front of me made a huge deal about it only to get reprimanded by the bartender as well. I asked if he could see me because surely you wouldn't look right at me then turn away....I thought I was a ghost or something. I was really hoping to enjoy the old fashions, they were trash. Probably because the bartender pissed me off constantly. But also because they taste like detergent. I was really hoping to enjoy this place as a live music venue..I didn't. It was shoulder to shoulder nut to butt from the stage to the back window and wall to wall. Glad the fire Marshal didn't walk in. Had to be over capacity by 100. It reminded me of a college town trash bar filled with 30 something year old frat guys and girls who loud talk through the entire show from all over the venue. It was an uncomfortable space all the way around and smelled like a toilet had backed up earlier. It sounds like I'm dog piling but it smelled. We didn't even stay for the whole show. Not going back. Good luck though
