Tugboat Fish and Chips

This small business has very delicious food for not a bad value. I had the shrimp and chips and I very much loved it! Friendly service and generous with the sauce didn't even charge extra. And for me that means alot! I recommend this place for sure. Small dining area so keep that in mind if you want to eat here with a group.

The best on the south side San Jo

This little restaurant has a long line on a Friday night. You order at the front desk and then go get your meal. There are not many tables, so many people order togo . The fish fillet is outside light crispy inside tender , you can tell fish is fresh ! Dipping with tartar sauce are so good ! Overall : Good : Fish , oysters, zucchini Skip : popcorn shrimp (dried )

This place is really good if you are craving some boardwalk style fish n chips.

I've been coming here for years and after trying multiple other fish n chips spots in the bay i can honestly say this is the best. The fish is always perfectly crispy and never greasy. Ive tried almost the entire menu and have never been disappointed. The tartar sauce is unlike any other and is a highlight of this restaurant. Another major plus of this place is the amazing service, they are always very kind. The only negative is that they took their mozzarella cheesesticks off the menu a while back and that was one of my favorite items. Other than that 5 stars.
