i honestly hate to tell people its the best spanish food restaurant in staten island service is great they are friendly to people who are not spanish speaking and for me this is a first every other spanish food restaurant people were not nice at all .not this place everyone was nice helpful food was perfect try the porkchops fried to perfection

If you enjoy waiting over an hour and 34 min for your food. Rude a$$ waitress and manager on phone told me 10 min then 15min more for delivery. Then was talking about how they're popular and take longer now no less than hour n half. All to be given watery sauce w barely beans in it then be my guest. service and delivery standards are awful since 2023.

I ordered over the phone at 6:15 pm its now 7:48 pm almost a 2 hours wait for one order. I spoke to the Manager he said they're super busy and doesn't have enough money to pay someone else to do delivery. I suggested the guy delivers 4 orders at a time instead of 10 or 20. The Manager said the option is to order Uber or Doordash to get it faster. I mean waiting 2 hours for one order that's crazy. Clearly they don't know how to manage

Food must of been old because I’m currently throwing up after eating, debating if I should go to the hospital or City md

Food wasn’t fresh and gave me the stomach flu ,1 hour after eating this i through up everything I ate . Spend the whole night with my stomach twisting and nauseous. I’m so upset I had to go through this . This place serves rotten old food . Literally was debating on going to city md or the emergency room never ever ever ever ever again will I come to this place
