On a Sat night I was there with my wife and I wanted to see the band “ hip squad “ . They started out sounding great, then they were rudely interrupted by management. We were shocked to see the unprofessional way in which he was talking to the band and treating . It was deplorable. We will not be going back there and we’re letting our friends know what happened . We found out later that the managers name was “Jason “ . How in the world did you hire this barbarian !

They’re now charging a delivery fee for ordering their own food! Do not order food and protest this management’s decision to do this ! Until this changed we will NOT be going back! What an insult to your regulars! We’ll just go to another tiki bar…

We have been to TTs while we’re visiting Florida the last couple of years and always have had wonderful experiences. My kids couldn’t wait to come back and we arrived hungry after visiting Iguanaland. We were seated for a table of six out on the sand, where we ordered drinks. We look forward to their many Long Island variations but none of them were available for lack of sour mix. After ordering drinks and pretzel bites, our drinks were delivered and we were plainly told that the kitchen was no longer accepting any orders and it’d be an hour and a half prior to us being able to place any food order whatsoever. My kids faces sunk. We were assured our pretzel bite order was going to be made at the very least and figured it could hold the kids over until we could figure out where we could go locally next to eat. After being told several times “2-5 minutes.” “I can’t really do anything about it taking so long.” “He said it’s coming right up.” — We paid for our drinks and left without pretzel bites. Zero apologies were made for not making us aware of this precarious kitchen situation prior to us being seated…. Other tables looked bewildered as they were sat and handed menus but told they could not order for at least an hour and a half. I’m not sure what type of management this place is under but I have my doubts it’s capable if a place can’t handle Tuesday afternoon lunch hour. Super disappointed with the entire experience and truly really appalled at the lack of compassion showed by the staff after we wasted over an hour waiting for an appetizer for a four and seven year old that never arrived.
