I haven't been into the restaurant but I order from here a lot. Reasonable prices and a no tipping policy along with great food make it one of my go-to places to eat. Vegetarian options: They have quite a few veggie and vegan dishes. You can't go wrong as everything is clearly labeled, and there's a separate vegetarian menu listing.
The food is amazing each time I order. The Crab Rangoons will rock your world. So very fresh tasting each and every time.
Edit 3: Still delicious! And I love, love, LOVE the new bowls! It's the perfect amount of food...and the perfect topping to rice ratio. When the family gets a craving for Asian food, we don't bother with anywhere else. _________________ As always, delicious. I can't eat mushrooms, so I keep hoping for the day they allow certain customizations because that Basil Chicken looks YUUUUUUM. Until then (or never) I am perfectly happy with this perfectly perfect Sesame Chicken. And...they ain't kidding about the Rangoon. To. Die. For. (Free hint: get a side of crispy strip thingies. You'll thank me later.)
This place fed me throughout the pandemic and until now. But this place is getting forgettable and borderline unacceptable fast. I was okay with the $5 delivery charge added late last year, if it means the drivers were getting compensated as such. The food quality that once was great is now average at best, and portions, especially proteins, noticeably less. Y’all never got orders wrong before, but now I get missing fried rice and wrong spiciness on the regular. And today I see a text from y’all saying that you will be using 3rd party drivers to “speed things up” - today’s order got 30 minutes late than the usual. I’m sure you’ll do good without one customer, but please consider for a change if you miss some of us regulars. I am not alone in this thinking.
Spent $17 on a Kung Pao Bowl combo. Why am I paying premium price for a bowl that had maybe a third of a chicken breast worth of protein, large chopped raw bell peppers, and a “sauce” that was really more of a soupy flavorless broth. Other reviews mentioned the same. Also, website says it comes with peanuts and there was not a single peanut. I could have saved the poor execution, small portion sizes, and $5 by going to Panda Express. Don’t waste your time or money here. Still hungry and $17 down. Felt robbed and didn’t taste a thing. I’ve ordered from other TSO locations multiple times, first time from Research and I am very disappointed. Won’t ever consider ordering from any TSO again if this is their standard.
Had an amazing first experience we will definitely be eating from here again
