We went for weekend brunch and since we had reservations, we were seated immediately. Pros: We had the wood fired cauliflower and chicken sandwich. The wood fired cauliflower was simply delicious with a burst of flavors (tangy, sweet with a little bit of spice). The portion size is particularly small for this dish but we were warned by the waitress beforehand so we knew what to expect. The chicken sandwich was nice and juicy. Cons: For a brunch place, the only coffee option they had was the drip coffee. So if you're looking for a nice cup of latte or espresso or cappuccino, you won't find it here.
The menu is diverse and creative. The food and cocktails are excellent. The wait staff was excellent but the host was slow to respond because they were spending time (10 mins) working a table that was clearly spending high dollars on their drinks. Made our group feel less than.
Fun place to go with friends. Specializes in smaller shares plates. Beet salad, charcuterie board, brisket and lamb ragu were all excellent. The only negative was dessert took a little while to make. The service was excellent, I think just either the apple gratin or the milk and cookie pie took a bit of time.
Top SD spot. Must visit. Visited it twice in the last three years. Consistently delivering top quality experiences.
Very good service, food was great, alcohol was strong given the price
Great service, nice atmosphere but over priced.
Foods are great but server forgot everything we asked and foods came out so late..
