This place does not exist
Absolutely terrible service! Clearly self sabotage by the employees who visibly do not want to be there. 25 min for a smoothie is absolutely ridiculous!!
Just awful service with a rude attitude
Employee doesn’t wanna be there. Ordered one smoothie, place was slow, took around 20 minutes. awkward and uncomfortable experience.
Terrible customer service before I even had a chance to order. Single person operation, which shows in wait time and attitude. Terrible customer service overall, almost convincing enough to believe business is not desired at all. Embarrassing addition to Atlanta Black owned businesses. Tasteless addition to the otherwise upbeat Politan Row food hall. Owner/Operator is obviously not an Atlanta native. Poor reflection on our city altogether. We can do without this one. Try Wadada in the West End for a genuine whole organic experience.
If I could give zero stars I would have chosen that option. This is a black owned business which makes this experience even more disappointing for me. The owner was the only person there and was the one providing the service. After ordering, he proceeded to say I need a minute to go to the back to grab the ingredients. He returns 15m later with brown bags full of fruits. Upon ordering , I asked for No Pineapples he said the smoothies are made as is. Once I see that he is cutting each ingredient in front of me and adding them to the blender. I asked again why do I have to get pineapple when you can just not place it in the blender. He was adamant about having to add all the ingredients because that was his company’s policy and he was not bending on that. He proceeded to be rude , disrespectful and arrogant as he was communicating with me. He interrupted me several times to ask if I want to get a refund. After he verbally expressed that his focus is not on customer satisfaction but what is best for him and his business. I requested a refund. I will not SUPPORT any business who intentionally disrespects customers ,chooses not to listen to them , and must have the last word. I’m glad he did atleast provide a refund.
Was hopeful but will probably not be back. Always like to support local/small businesses, especially in our backyard! But our order seemed to be a huge pain to the employee (maybe owner?) there. Great fresh menu offerings, and was pumped for a smoothie after a long day at Piedmont Park. Placed a (one smoothie) order, waited about 20min with no notification on the buzzer. Went to the counter to check in and found the employee cleaning up the whole back area. When I inquired about my order the employee rudely brushed me off and said “you’ll be buzzed when your order’s done.” Ended up leaving, not worth the hassle or attitude, yikes
Believe the reviews. I was getting mad just from trying to get a drink recommendation. Buddy energy was horrible after he saw me buy a drink from the next spot beside him he went to complain like bruh fix ya attitude. He can't be from Atlanta cuz boi -.-
Extremely rude and confrontational. Not coming back.
