Troquet on South

Our waiter was nice. But overall the customer service we received from other members made us very uncomfortable.

Fantastic waitstaff at the bar. The branzino was cooked to perfection! The grilled salad was good too. The baby firefly was great!

For the price you pay, you would expect to get an high-end cuisine experience, but i am afraid it is not the case... From the menu that show modernized ideas of French and Italian cuisine they forgot the most important thing in food, it has to taste good. The wine selection we got was poor and small. The service was lacking big, from dishes coming way too late, waiter that just couldn't care about the table, the only thing that was authentically French was the service. Last but not least the the 3% charge added to the total of the bill for non-tipped staff, complete ripoff, if you cant pay your employs well why should I? add this to the food cost instead of ripping off your customers.

Pretty damn good and affordable. Walking home from work I've always seen the place and my first time I've made attention to actually check it out .

Oh wow! Troquet on South is amazing!!! Mushroom Risotto will knock your socks off!

10/10 experience. Food, drinks, service. Wild mushroom risotto, seared scallops, ribeye, duck, kale, and the table bread - all Highly recommend getting entrees and sharing Couple bottles of wine recommended by the sommelier - Espresso martini (ordered dark) and all of the desserts. To die for Very impressed and will be back!

Great French restaurant . Most notable is the deep wine list, with a lot of old wines. A treasure.
