The smoothies and food are awesome! Management is ok! The manager actually did my order when I came in for a chia banana boost smoothie with an all American wrap. I order this all the time at the tropical smoothie on spring street across from my job!!! I wanted to use my discount which comes on the bottom of the receipt after you complete a survey! You get any smoothie for $1.99 with the purchase of a wrap or sandwich. The manager said "you can't use that. We only like to use it for other wraps.Which are more expensive." I told him I order this all the time at the other store. He proceeded with more excuses. I guess after he saw the look on my face, he said ok just give me the receipt and applied my discount. So rude!!!!!! Management definitely needs to get better! I'll just continue to go to the one in the city by my job! Smh

I am extremely disappointed by the experience I had today. Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a great company that I have supported for years but unfortunately I will no longer be purchasing anything from the Stockbridge GA Location. I ordered my lunch through the GrubHub app today for pickup. Upon arriving to the location, I asked if my order was available and the manager told me, "This was already picked up. Maybe they picked up the wrong order but its gone now." I understand mistakes happen but I provided proof that the order was indeed mine from the app and the text message I received stating my order was for pickup NOT delivery. The manager went back and forth with me for so long that the customer in line behind me tried to explain it to her as well and she told him the same thing, "Someone already picked it up." Finally one of the workers from the back looked at my app and offered to re-make my meal. I couldn't help but feel that this entire interaction was racially motivated. The manager never asked once to check my ID or verify that the meal should have been picked up by me. I am again very disappointed with my experience today and really hope Tropical Smoothie Cafe chooses to implement some sort of action towards the management at this location as I see multiple negative comments about her in the reviews.

This place got my order wrong TWO Times. I ordered through DoorDash and they did not send one of my smoothies. I called up there and told the young lady I will place another order through DoorDash and to please make sure you include my missing smoothie in the order. I got my order and IT WAS STILL MISSING IN MY ORDER. The whole point of me placing my second order was to get what I missed the first time. They completely used me. I called up there again and nobody wanted to take accountability. Saying how the smoothie was still sitting there. Of course it is because I still didn’t get it!!! Don’t waste peoples time and money…it’s so disrespectful. If the manager isn’t there teach the other employees to manage difficult situations so everyone on the phone isn’t just passing the phone around saying they don’t know what to do. GET IT TOGETHER!!! $40 down the drain…I won’t be going back!!!

Ordered a wrap with a banana as my side. Sorry excuse for a $10 meal. The wraps ingredients were not all mixed up/ take one bite at the end and there is just one ingredient I was bitting into. The banana was not in great shape at all. So I can’t get a decent side with my meal that cost less than a dollar at the store. Customer service was not the friendliest or seem to inviting. Also don’t quite understand… is this what I’m tipping for?

Highly disappointed I spent almost $11 for the absolute worst Acai smoothie bowl I have ever had in my life. I thought it was supposed to be a smoothie bowl not frozen acai flavor ice. Then to top the bowl off with warm fruit is insane to me. I literally had to let the bowl thaw out before I could eat it. Never again

I frequent this place to get wraps and sometimes smoothies for me and my family. I live 25 minutes away and usually get take out. This is NOT the first, second, or third time that I got home to realize that my order was wrong. Every time I call to make them aware, it turns into a back and forth battle. Today I ordered 2 jerk chicken wraps with light jerk sauce and got no jerk sauce. I called and spoke to the manager, who was very defensive and argued back and forth with me saying there was jerk sauce in the wraps. I took pictures and offered to send the pictures to her, but she wanted me to drive 25 minutes back to bring the wrap back. She acted like I was trying to get a free meal. Disgusting and disappointing customer service. I will not be back to support this business.

If you’re looking for customer service don’t go here. They won’t even speak to you when you come in. They literally have conversations around you like you’re not even there. The food is decent but the overall staff needs to be let go.

Great location. I honestly have never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly and they always make my smoothie just the way I like it. This is my go-to spot when I want a fresh smoothie & something healthy to munch on.
