Update: My husband never heard from corporate office and it's been a week already. If this was a priority they would have contacted him right away. So, this place obviously doesn't care about the consumer but the money coming in. Very disappointed that my husband was lied to from the person that took the complaint and said we would get a call and a refund. So don't bother calling them. They're worthless. Avoid this location. We usually go to the carol stream location because they are really good over there and know how to make peanut butter paradise smoothie. But, sometimes we will also go to this St. Charles location during the week and on the weekend. We went on Sunday April 14th to this location and was very disappointed on how the peanut butter paradise smoothie came out. We purchased 2 of them and they were very bland. I mean they tasted like they only had whey protein in them and not enough of any other ingredients. Unfortunately, we are not going to go back there when we have to be somewhere that is an hour away. Anyway, we contacted corporate on Monday and complained about the smoothies that were terrible. Corporate said the manager would contact us and we would get a full refund. It's now Wednesday and never heard from anyone (ie manger or corporate). We called the store manager at st. Charles and he didn't have a care in the world and was very rude and telling us that we should have brought it back to the store to get it redone. He said there was nothing he would do!. I called back corporate and they said they would have someone from corporate call us back. This is very disappointing. I will not step foot back in at this st. Charles location. I will continue my business with the carol stream one until our West Chicago store opens.

Favorite chicken and cheese quesidda

Never got a chance to taste anything. Came in superbowl Sunday morning to get a smoothie. The guy working could not care less about waiting on anyone. Walked out. Won’t go again.

Update 10/16: I came here today forgetting my past experience, everything was exactly the same, except the food wasn't good this time. Came on here to write a review and realized I had already done exactly that. Original review: Food is fine, smoothies are definitely watered down here compared to other locations. Every time I've come they try to make it sound like your sides cost extra so you won't get them. "Would you like chips with that?" Even they come standard, stuff like that. They also have 15% tip as standard on a tiny tiny screen. So it's difficult to see that it's set to 15% and it's difficult to change it. The feeling you get is they are trying to squeeze you for as much money as they can, whether you are aware of it or not. Also they never seem happy to have customers, just consistently mildly annoyed. TLDR: They try to steal your sides from you and force a tip even when given bad service. Skip this location at least

Soooo gooood

I'm not from the area but this is like a smoothie king from where I come from. I'm glad I found this place. I ordered the mango monsoon smoothie. Delicious and healthy. Update: Most of their smoothies contain brown sugar, it is just not listed on their menu.

Should have returned the peanut smoothie. Mostly sugar and ice. Maybe one peanut thrown in for s×its & giggles

Had an issue with the bottom of the cup exploding on me when I got home. The manager was rude and less than helpful. 0 stars
