I absolutely love this location and staff! They’re always friendly and smiling regardless of the crowd of HS kids. And they ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS allow me to order my favorite smoothie (Mango Berry Cosmo) even when it’s not on the menu and that speaks volumes!! That type of customer service alone is why I’ll always love them!
Staff are pleasant & efficient and venue is clean. The truffle chocolate shake is the best! Please bring it back as a permanent menu item.
I have a coupon that doesn't say anything about a specific location, yet this location says I have to take it back to where I got it from.
Ordered by accident at the wrong location instead of the one next to my work and they had no idea how to cancel the order and fix it. I was so late for work I could not get a hold of customer support for Tropical Smoothie had to file a dispute with my bank didn’t receive my items and was charged $12 and wasted my entire break. Why can’t Customer Service be better at businesses like it’s not that hard to to cancel an order and remake it for a customer who is returning Customer at the location ♀️
It was filthy. They could not speak English. They did not know how to use a register. They did not know how to use the app.

This needs to stop, her appearance and demeanor match. Corporate needs to stop this trend at the door. This was around 7:30am at the Reisterstown MD location and these employees just roll out of bed come to work still sleepy and unmotivated to look professional and be pleasant.
Employees are nice and make conversation with the customers. They try to make the orders ASAP. They give compliments and apologize when they make a mistake.
