Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Smoothie wasn’t made properly. Color was off from the norm and there was no flavor. The chipotle chicken club was sloppy and gross with sauce everywhere and a tomato in the bag. Really wanted a smoothie and was VERY disappointed

I was excited to go here for the first time just to walk into rude people. The lady at the register was so rude & changed my smoothie order to something I didn’t ask for and when I asked her to make it correctly she huff and puff and was upset about it. The food was okay but the service is horrible. Need better people working there with better customer service skills . Will not be going back !!!!

Sat and waited for my smoothie for over 20 minutes. Was informed by the staff that I had not waited that long even though my receipt did indicate that I had. I was told I needed to wait because there were many orders before mine although no one was in the store when I got there. I sat there my entire lunch break. And had to ask for a refund and went with no lunch. I complained on the app as well but I never get a response there. King smoothie is better.

Bad customer service. No smile no I'll be right with you. Just waiting until I get told they're out of what I wanted

The food was amazing and Dez the cashier was extremely helpful and nice while helping me choose what to order. Best customer service every received from Tropical Smoothie, will definitely visit again!

Horrible! I have given this place over a dozen chances. I have ordered an array of smoothies as well as food and it is almost always disgusting! I had them remake my smoothies twice today and they still taste awful, very bland with no flavor. Most tropical smoothie locations are amazing, but not this one. They did not seem to care when I told them that the smoothies still didn't taste or look as they should. So, here I am once again dealing with employees who do not care and food that is not satisfying. I'll make the extra 10 minute drive to the next tropical smoothie from now on, to avoid future subpar food and disappointment.

Nae greeted me with a smile soon as I walked inside of the location, she also recommended the chipotle chicken club flatbread and it was amazing, the temperature of the food was very hot and the tasted amazing, Tricia made my smoothie after she recommended the beach bun with white chocolate and I absolutely loved it

Ordered for online pickup. Waited an extra 10 minutes to be handed a chicken pesto without a sticker to keep it closed. Now I’m wearing pesto sauce all over my clothes. More than likely will not return.
