Tropical Smoothie Cafe

It's my third visit to this location. On my first visit, I had a kiwi quencher, and this was OK. Mostly strawberry taste than kiwi. Second visit I had a seasonal Pina Colada, and that was excellent. This visit I had a mango something, and that was also excellent. I'll be back, and perhaps I'll update this review with a photo.

Mainly post so others are aware and cautious when ordering from here. I placed an order through UberEats. I paid full price for an additional "premium side" because I wanted chips and another side... when I got my order, my "premium side" (i.e., jalapeno corn) that I paid $4.99 for says clearly on the top "preped on 3/23/2024" and "Use By: 3/26/2024 EOD"... I received this on 3/27/2024. Obviously, a little annoyed, I called and politely tried to explain tot he Manager what happened... she seemed very non-empathetic and very "inconvenienced" by my call and concern. Since I placed the order through a 3rd party service, she couldn't refund me. She offered for me to drive up there to pick up another one, or to call them next time I place an order and they can give me another side for free... I asked how they would keep track of this, and she said "just call next time you order and we'll put it in the bag for you"... just a little disappointed at the lack of understanding or care for the issue. Despite the fact that their serving "expired" food, that could potentially get people sick. Needless to say, it'll be the last time I get food from this location. Sigh.

We (a very well known medical facility) placed a $300 order with a $25 delivery fee we never received the order, upon calling a woman said they never received the order, and it won’t be made today. Everyone in the facility was waiting for the order for a co workers birthday. What a horrible outcome of what was supposed to be a celebration. The woman Tranesha also said for being rude she was canceling the order completely, when she wasn’t planning on filling it to begin with.

Vegetarian options: Well most smoothies don't contain meat and they offer hummus if you want a wrap

I will not go back the worst service I have ever had.
