Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I bought a flatbread which was okay but that smoothie…..I spent over $5 on colored ice. I ask for no sugar and they gave me one with sugar but they remake it without. Tropical smoothie is only good with sugar and that’s bad.

Been a customer for over 20 years. Ordered my regular. Tasted off. I asked if they could add what I felt was missing and I was told very flippantly that, they could not touch the drink after it been given to me. So I asked if they could make another and then was told “No” I could pay for another and then they would make it. I have never in my life been so aggrieved. I work in service and would never treat a guest in that manner. If it’s wrong just fix it. It’s not coming out of your pocket. Trash service.

The girls working did the best of job they could do. They were so understaffed and getting SLAMMED with Uber eats/DoorDash orders to where they couldn’t take care of the actual guests in the building

I love Tropical Smoothie but this location did not have a good staff today. I ordered a blueberry bliss and it tasted like A LOT of ice and or water. In fact, a customer returned the same time as I did because she had the same complaint. I told the cashier and she replaced it with what I thought was a Kiwi Quencher and ended with someone’s online order, Bahama Mama. It wasn’t good either.

Today was the second time that I visited and it still smells smells bad inside. It will be my last time there

The Caucasian gentleman with the beard you guys hired should NOT work the register if he does not want to look at, talk to, or serve paying customers. standing there with a bad attitude like we’re bothering you when we’re simply trying to hand you our money doesn’t make sense you don’t have to do back flips and be super man but come on at least bare minimum acknowledge a family handing you money n don’t look disgusted and bothered that we walked in the store or just quit find a new job where you don’t deal with customers simple god bless
