Found hair in my food yesterday around noon and cannot seem to get anyone to answer the phone. I have spent so much money at this location. This is disappointing and disgusting to say the least. I would appreciate a call back.
Didn’t have a cup holder for the three smoothies I ordered. Not enough people to cover the dinner rush.
Don't come here if you're picking up for DoorDash, you're better off just declining the orders. Not only did the staff give me the wrong order twice, but they had an attitude when I asked to check over the order the third time and demanded that I confirm the order before doing so. (Which, if they got it wrong again, would've meant that I would be penalized for just sitting in the restaurant waiting for the right order while it had already been confirmed as picked up.) We're both service workers, I'm just doing my job. Fix your attitude.
The food is ok but it is way to expensive Im not gonna pay 10$ for a mediocre smoothie

Worst location in LR. The rude hoody skinny white girl always had an attitude when I visited here….. I never felt welcome and simply placing or picking up an order always turned into a tense exchange with the staff. Absolutely zero customer service skills (I’m not surprised since this was aligned with the experiences I’ve had all over LR)
