This has become one of my favorite TS locations to go to! The service has been wonderful every time I've come to this location! The staff is very friendly and very attentive, some of the staff will even bring your food/drinks to your table sometimes. The restrooms are always clean and always stocked (this is a HUGE concern of mine when I visit restaurants/walk-in food places) so this gets 5 stars always if it's clean and available to be used. Thanks TS staff at this location, you all ROCK!!!!!
The last 3 times I've been there, I've been told that they're not accepting orders. Before that I was told that they're only accepting cash and can't give change. No I'm not joking. Clowns.
Waited an hour to get my pickup order that I ordered through the app. Order was wrong so I was told they would remake my food. After waiting another 45 mins and still not receiving my food because there was one employee there trying their best to cover everything. I had to go because waiting for 2 hours shouldn't be necessary. I have called corporate multiple times to get a refund and they say that has to come from the owner. So here I am two week past when this happened and I have not yet received a call from the owner to rectify this. (update to response) Your response is laughable, if you have ever checked your complaints from https://bit.ly/37hBUr4 you would see I submitted 3 different ones the day of the incident. I am more concerned about the poor singular employee you have trying to run an entire restaurant by themselves.
There was no one at the counter, so I called out for someone. The manager cussed at me. Don’t go here.

Don’t usually leave negative reviews but this is the third time I’ve waited about 30 mins with no one in line and I can see the employees in the window just sitting there. Workers are very lazy.
How is this place still in business. The beverage quality and service are terrible.
EVERY TIME i come to this location there are employees but they are ‘unable to take orders’. It feel like these employees are time thefting the company/ franchise owners… I went at 7pm 3/8 and the guy told me they aren’t taking orders… So you’re open, there’s someone working, sounds like laziness
