Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The West Bay Tropical Smoothie is great! I am always greeted with a smile, and I think the management has been only improving over the many years that I’ve been coming here regularly. It always smells great and the staff is always really friendly. They make the food quickly and accurately and everything feels clean inside.

What has happened to the West Bay Tropical Smoothie? I used to be greeted with a smile, but lately this store must be suffering from poor management. It doesn't smell clean and the staff has developed some kind of "attitude". I won't return to this store, I prefer to go out of my way to the store on Seminole where they still appreciate their patrons.

I love Zoe and all the staff. So kind and nice to see. Visit then at least 2x. Great selection. Great flavors. Order right and also very healthy

Most all these chains look the same inside, as does this one. Cute, clean with friendly staff who took care to make my food how I requested I got a smoothie, too, but not one on the menu. They always allow me to customize it. This is wonderful to me since I travel quite a bit. It allows me to have a smoothie similar to what I would make for myself if I were home. If you travel, you understand how wonderful this really is. I love their Acai bowls and smoothies. I have ordered their hot food in the past, but I don't eat meat or dairy anymore. Their hot food is also good.

The food is good because it's a set recipe and you can't go out wrong with a set recipe. I mean doesn't take muched. Make it but the service shopfelt like I was inconveniencing the people that worked there because I was making an order, you know?

The order was for 2 wraps they only made one, and when I said that it should have been 2 the girl was extremely rude.
