Tropical Smoothie Cafe

We waited 15 mins in line for our order, even with no one ahead of us. No one greeted us or told us it would be a wait. Based on their screen, they had pickup orders through those order apps, and they prioritized those before their in person customers. The smoothie also tasted awful and the smell of the shop was overwhelming with burnt and toasted sandwiches. Will not go back.

Wow! I just ordered an Island Green Detox and a Spinach Feta Pesto Breakfast Wrap with a promo and not only was the food made perfectly, it was absolutely delicious! The store was impeccably clean, the service was so efficient, I just could not believe it I thought the wrap would be dry and it turned out to be absolutely delicious. So all I can do is say thank you so much, because your service and food are really awesome!

I usually get tropical smoothie but I did experience a different treatment. She took her gloves off when it was time to make my order after touching cash. Then when it was time to make my sandwich I realize bacon was left out collecting dust. Then when another women walked in African America she got a different treatment. Hair net should be required because her hair was shedding. I do feel discrimination is a key factor here. After drinking my smoothie I got a bad burning feeling around my lips.

I don't understand why it's so hard to make an order right, and then when you bring it back for them to correct they shuffle around taking their time with no sense of urgency for someone who intentionally placed an online order to save time. No tomato, that was it. Couldn't even get that right. Maybe they shouldn't be wearing ear buds while they work then maybe they can actually focus on doing their job correctly.

Horrible Customer Service. Debbie was very rude and condescending. She had an attitude when asked questions and then had the audacity to ask me why was I mad. Ummmm maybe because your customer service is horrible. I asked for a side of salsa , she said it doesn’t come with it then said it was $1 and some change but really was .25 she just didn’t want to give it to me, never had I even been charged for a side of salsa. Not helpful at all!!!!!! I won’t be going to this Tropical Smoothie ever again.

Very good healthy wraps...I had the jerk chicken. Good smoothies also.

Always get the fastest service at this location and by far the best smoothies out of all the locations in the area! I drive an extra 15 minutes to order from this one!

i think drinks are good. however, people that work there are not real friendly.

The people who work here are miserable. Worse client service. Slow and rude. Online orders never on time. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
