They have a variety of healthy choices and all natural and it’s about time every grabs their meal from there instead of the other so popular places that we can’t trust.

Disappointed.

I am disgusted with how i was treated this week, Maria Hernandez was the employee and she was nasty and rude to me. I ordered online at 11am for pickup at 2pm, when i got there my order wasn’t processed.. no one made the order and then they said they “ran out of the New smoothie bowls” and that “if you made an order at 11am we should’ve had your bowl to the side” okay so why didn’t you check online ordering system? Maria made it so that it was MY FAULT and didn’t want to compensate for a 24oz Smoothie, i had to beg.. I asked can i get an add on because the price of the Bowl and Smoothie were $2-$3 difference. She got an attitude and said NO I CANNOT. I asked for the manager Joe, she ignored me multiple times and said “the manager is not her he comes wherever he wants”Rude and the place looks SO RUN DOWN how do you not have a manager on site?!

They do not close at 8. They close at 6. Making you drive all the way there for no reason.

I orders curbside but I had to get out to retrieve my order . I then checked the order when I got in the car and it was skimpy small portioned and not work 11$ at all . I am very unsatisfied. Went into ask for a refund for the worker to talk to me so distasteful and nonchalantly telling me they don’t do refunds .. She told me she doesn’t have a corporate number and in order for me to get the portion I paid for I have to pay for “EXTRA” when I didn’t get what I paid for from the beginning why would I pay extra . I get the açaí bowl all the time and it never looked like the one she gave me . She literally counted the blueberries when I took it back inside saying you only get 5 blueberries in the bowl.

I was extremely disappointed with the service at the location. despite waiting to be assisted, we observed an employee casually eating in view of the register. When she noticed us, instead of attending to us, she simply got up to fetch more sauce for herself and swiftly returned to her seat in the "back" in view of the us. The restaurant was virtually empty, yet not a single employee bothered to help. I have no intention of returning. It was a waste of time and effort, and undoubtedly the worst service I've ever encountered.

Supposedly they close at 8 but it's already several times that I come at 6 and it's closed. They should change or update the schedule, they make me come for nothing.

One person working only. Not available tables.

Great Smoothie and friendly Staff... Highly recommended
