Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This loca. Nvr answer’s the phone.. They must make so much $$ here that they don’t need call in buiss.. Since it usually take 13-27 mins for a Walk in Smoothie (workers are great and always friendly) But they Are Seriously slow compared to literally any other smoothie shop esp the boynt. Beach loca. I try to call ahead from the gym and order so i can come pay pick up and leave. 3xs now 3 days this week i tried to call and order and guess what _~No Answer! When i goto La fitness in boynton beach i do the same and am always able to order and p up! Also as others have mentioned the Smoothies def don’t taste the same as they use too! Always get the same one and the boynton beach loca is a lot fresher flavorfull’ier and tasty! Guess im just stick w Boynton beach loca from now on!

Noticing that everytime, I receive my smoothie after not so melaninated ppl come in after me and order after me. The greeting isn’t as cheerful or welcoming everytime I come in as the white people get. Plus the workers look like me (melinated). I’m a little confused. Last time coming to this location bc it seems like a frequent pattern. Make it all make sense.

I ordered via door dash and at the bottom of my sealed bag was a used bandaid. I called and spoke to the manager Phillip who said that it had to have been from my driver. I reminded Phillip that the bag was sealed and he suggested my driver opened the bag, didn’t take anything but placed her bandaid in and resealed the sticker on the bag. Horrible customer service. Things happen but the response when I called was worse than the actual used bandaid

Doesnt matter the time of day or how busy no location ever answers the phone. Such a low quality establishment across the board.

Tropical Smoothie is never a miss. The Consistency of the food and smoothies is beyond amazing.

I ordered through the tropical smoothie app and door dash delivered it. I ordered the Pomegranate Plunge which is Pink. I received the wrong smoothie which was white in color and tasted like peanut butter or peanuts. I called the manager at the store and she went out of her way to deliver the correct smoothie to me at my job that's less than a mile down the road. I greatly appreciate her doing that for me.

Food is very good and fresh

This location is not making the regular smoothies good. In the summer the limited time smoothies were better made. Now they have tio much ice, lacking ingredients, tasteless waste. So many times its been disappointing. Started ordering from another location. Whoever manages or owns this location should be concerned.

Worst experience ever!!!! The staff was MISERABLE and rude, rolled their eyes at customers, did not greet anyone, bad energy overall. The cafe was disorganized and dirty and from what I could see the back room was filthy too. I literally am never going back there, such bad vibes!
