Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I ordered online and I added a few supplements and my smoothie was not blended thoroughly it was chunky and I had pieces of energizer that I bit into soo dissatisfied.

Not a drive through location. I took a detour based off the pictures posted. But arrived and saw it was not a drive through. Very misleading.

I had a horrible experience. The manager was very rude and unaccommodating. I ordered a large smoothie for myself and a small jitty junior for my oldest. I asked the cashier if any extra could go in a water cup for my youngest child and she said that would be fine. Moments later brought my smoothie and a few minutes later my oldest child's came. I asked her about the extra and she informed me that her manager wouldn't allow her to do it. I said ok. And asked for an extra cup to share mine with my youngest child. And the manager gave me one. As I struggled to hold all the cups and direct my young child out the door, he bumps into me and I dropped the jetty junior before exiting the building. I immediately told the cashier about the mess and asked if they could please remake it. The accident happened inside the store. But the manager with a very rude nasty attitude told me that it wasn't her fault so if I wanted it remade I had to pay for it . She wasted half of it in the sink before I even got it. But I have to re pay for something I already paid for and lost in the same store. I've been going to this location since it opened. Smh but I won't be back any more that's for sure.

Absolutely NO sense of customer service ! I was utterly appalled at the lack of care for customer service !!!! I have never been to a smoothie spot that was not willing to add or remake my drink, after a customer was dissatisfied ! The manager preferred I write a bad review versus remaking my order that is how hospitable they were ! Thankyou for my smoothie that tasted like grass; the attitude was the cherry on top ! Will never be coming back !

I just wanted to start off by saying Iam a loyal customer here for the past 2 years and I must say I’m not sure what happend but so far the service has declined. I needed to write a review because it is very much needed in order for this business to grow. I pretty much order the same thing most days and I’m noticing too much SLACK in these prepared items and it’s extremely disappointing makes me not wanna order anymore.. my smoothies are missing ingredients some days & other days the food it just cold and missing condiments. This is extremely disappointing!! Also we need a better way to secure these orders for online orders / delivery orders.

Horrible

The smoothies were good I did request no ice and they were able to accommodate my request. The only issue is they do not have much organic options.

Best TSC location that I’ve found in the metro area yet. I’m a regular here and visit 2-3x a week. I get extras and additives, and they always make my smoothie taste the same way every time. Can’t say that about any other location. The staff is great too. They are always friendly and the service is pretty fast too. This location is staffed and managed very well. A pleasant surprise considering it’s location, if I’m being honest. This is by far my favorite place to get a smoothie!
