I ordered 3 smoothies, salad, sandwich & wrap from this location today and the smoothies were awful. They tasted like water downed, iced smoothies and possibly missing ingredients. In the island green, it only tasted of ginger. Our paradise point only had a hint of banana, and sunrise sunset only tasted like orange juice. Next, they decided to give us something we didn't order, corn, to replace the sweet potatoes they ran out of. We told them of the allergy to corn, so they gave us kale salad and did not reimburse the upcharge we paid for. They said that as of 2 days ago the kale salad is now a premium side. The sign still has it listed as a regular side, and after my complaint they still didn't remove the misinforming sign at the register & laughed about it as if it's Tropical Smoothie's fault. I've been a regular customer of Trop for many years, never have I had such a disappointing experience. Because they were so rude, I didn't bother to complain about the shaved ice they gave us bc they'd likely have an excuse for that too maybe. Bad customer service here! Much better in Michigan! My total bill was $45.52, a waste of money!!
Acai berry boost was a good option during a hot day. Welcoming staff during my visit. Cleaning maintained.

While driving from Louisville, KY to Richfield, OH, just south of Columbus I desired a fresh and nutritious pick-me-up and so asked Google Assistant to direct me to where I could find a smoothie and Google GPS at Polaris area. I parked right in front of the cafe, went inside, was met by friendly staff, ordered and in short time was provided my smoothie and it was delicious and precisely what I needed. I felt refreshed, energized and ready to get back on the highway to finish my journey!
Update- Their generic, AUTOMATIC replies to negative experiences just confirms my thoughts that they don't take customer experience seriously. Definitely DO NOT recommend. Ordered 2 wraps with sides and 2 island green smoothies. Even though their sign next to the cash register said Kale apple slaw was NOT a premium side, they charged me. When I brought this to their attention, the girl nonchalantly replied, " sorry, we forgot to change it." What? Instead of charging me, I felt that the side should have included with the combo because your sign clearly stated that it was NOT a premium side. Smoothie- the customer before me had them remake her smoothie because it tasted like water. She held her smoothie upside down and liquid came out. Low and behold , I'm driving home and I realize after taking the first sip, mine tasted watered down as well! It was a teenage boy that made mine and I think he put too much ice. The flavor was watered down so much. This place used to be my go to but now, I don't think I'll be returning. Service and food was atrocious.
left my wallet and the employees tried to follow me out to give it back, I appreciate it so much and of course the smoothie & food was delicious! staff was extremely friendly and very clean place , will definitely be back !!
