The service in this place is horrid! I placed several orders over different weeks, and every single time, my order was not ready. The longest I waited was 28 minutes for a mango smoothie. There was either one person on staff or two people, rarely. I don’t recommend it if you're using it as a place to take a lunch break.

UPDATE they sent out a $6 gift card which doesnt even cover the cost of a new blueberry bliss smoothie. Thanks so much! Recently ordered a blueberry bliss from ubereats and when i drank it kept finding small pieces of aluminum foil and plastic. Called to complain to see what they can do about it and the girl who answered had no resolution other than a refund that may or may not come in five business days. She also stated she did not make the smoothie like thats not the point. Someone obviously dropped a packet and still continued to blend it and serve to a costumer. Its absurd. Deeply unsatisfied and afraid to even order another smoothie

This location always disappoints me. After searching for parking for 20minutes...walking two blocks in the rain AND PAYING FOR MY SMOOTHIE...only to find out there's NO BANANAS. SO NO BOWLS CAN BE MADE OR MULTIPLE MENU ITEMS THAT INCLUDE BANANAS...THE CASHIER OFFERED ME A REFUND OR A DIFFERENT FRUIT...BUT IT CHANGES THE TASTE OF THE SMOOTHIE WITH MISSING INGREDIENTS. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. CUSTOMERS WERE LITERALLY WALKING OUT DUE TO THE MISSING INGREDIENTS

This location always gets it right for me. Smoothie sizes are huge for the price.

The items are edible, and some are really good. My problem is the odor in the store. It never smells clean in there. They rinse the equipment, not sanitize or clean it. I had an experience with one visit where the staff member was changing the garbage upon my arrival. The staff member proceeded to go behind the counter to take my order. Didn't wash their hands.

Overpriced cause its in Wicker Park. Half the price in the South Side on Cicero

I started working close to this store so today I went and ordered a smoothie for myself. I went in and the cashier was kind. And after I ordered, my order was prepared fast. I was out in a couple of minutes. And the cost for the quantity given is worth it.

Franchise owner clearly doesn’t care… the poor employees here. Every time we order online through the app, we aim to get to the store 10-15 mins after expected ready time as it’s always late. Today was somehow worse… upon arrival, literally 10 people waiting, another 5 orders on the board for 15+, the sole employee kept taking walk in orders, and then would make your online order upon knowing you’re waiting. If you plan to only staff one working employee, then the store should be able to threshold the number of orders that can either be accepted online or in person. It’s not fair to make your customers feel bad for ordering and then having to wait beyond considerably long for such a terrible experience The poor poor staff deals with continually unhappy customers every day. And we feel for their pain. As neighborhood locals, we will return back to prioritizing the western location which delivers in a timely manner and is appropriately staffed. Don’t go here unless you plan to wait for a while and not mind.
