Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Not on time as ordered. People parking in Fire Lane can't get out of parking space. Only girl at counter left desk with 3 people in line to go outside and deliver an order to car.

I love tropical smoothie but the staff at this location takes forever…..

It took over 20 minutes just to get a simple detox island green smoothie because the young girls in the back was too busy running their mouths and not paying attention. It took the manager to ask me what my name was because she noticed I started looking at my watch and about to walk out and just ask for my money back. Just ridiculous!

Delicious foods

I normally love tropical smoothie, but this is the worst run one I have ever been too. I have been a few times too, because I keep hoping it's a fluke, but reliably they are slow, poorly organized, arguing about what needs to happen, and forgetting stuff

This location never has your order ready on time. You would think the poor reviews would land on management’s desk and they’d take initiative to better things better.

Service was slow, jerk chicken wrap was very sauce forward, the lettuce was hot and soggy, and there was barely and chicken. The sweet potato were undercooked and bland
