They don't acknowledge you when you come in or when you'reat the counterto order. I've witnessed employees arguing and screaming at each. Hostile hood environment

Jay has the worst attitude talks to the other employees nasty! And my smoothie is watered down! I’ll never return back to this location!

This location needs to be shut down . Bugs. Poor management. Rude service from kids. Smoothie making is terrible always watery. Wait is too long even when it’s not busy .

Man, close this location !!! Or stop hiring kids that don’t want to work. This is my 4th time coming from doing an online order and it’s never ready by the designated time. What’s the point of ordering online ?! I hate this is the closest location to me. Hire better staff or make room for something else. A waste of money

Ordered a smoothie and it was not made properly. Will be disputing this on my credit card because they aren’t answering the phone.

Let's start with the C food score they have first off. Second off the staff working really don't want to work. Third the shake was so watery. I will not return. I have visited too many times hoping for a different experience and nope. It is consistent. In poor customer service, poor quality of food, and I need them to raise the food score. Why is it a 75!!! Nope nope and nope.

I'll just start going to another location as the staff don't care how they treat you. Rude and act like your a complete inconvenience.

They don’t answer the phone nor do they offer the happy hour until 9a like everyone else does.

*Edited to add* I decided to give this location another chance and yet again, DISAPPOINTING. I placed an order for delivery, and while I received the flatbread, I didn't get my smoothie. I asked the dasher and he stated that he even questioned it when he picked up, but was told that there was no smoothie ordered. Even if he isn't being truthful, I have called this location 4 times in the past 10 minutes and no one has answered. I really tried to give a second chance, but still, no dice. I love tropical smoothie, but this location was incredibly disappointing. I placed an online order and while my food was ready, the smoothie was not so I stood in the online pickup area for 5 minutes and no one approached me. When I finally asked the young lady all she said was “we’re out of yogurt”. Which is whatever but the lack of communication and customer service really left a bad taste in my mouth. Please work on this at this specific location.
