Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Terrible service. No one greeted us. Immediately got the look of "oh god, customers!".Young Boys wrestling in the back. Only one lady behind counter and she said "sorry, I don't work here, I am just making my own personal smoothie". The owner needs to get a handle on this place, otherwise it will go under. No other customers except 2 other employees eating Mexican food at the tables. The place was also filthy! Not coming back.

Asked for a substitute on a bowl, and they double charged me instead. Also, all the chairs were up like 2 hours before close. Odd place.

Says there is a drive through but there isnt

Very slow experience (over 20 mins, when it easily could have been 10) and my Chai Banana smoothie tasted like water. For $7, I wanted at least something yummy. Bummer experience today.

Absolutely terrible service. My wife and i walked in to an empty restaurant. We saw the cashier look at us and walk into the back. I waited a couple minutes picking out food, and finally tried to get the attention of the 3 girls in the back they looked at us and ignored us again. We walked in 2 hours prior to closing. We gave adequate time for someone to help us, but no one even said a word. Terrible service.

Like Jamba juice but with some decent hot entrees.

Five people working. I’m not sure what’s up, high as kite? Boy howdy.

The smoothies were as always delicious.
