Great restaurant with amazing atmosphere

The sides are wonderful. Ribs were a bit fatty fir my taste.

This place is a 10/10 . Sunday evening I arrived with my family. We were served family style on a huge tray full of delight . I thank the tropical family for the experience. Thanks for your continuous support on our neck of the woods . As we are delighted to always come back when it's time for a PIT stop .

I am a chef and I visited this establishment on Sunday evening lots of rain but it was worth getting wet.The restaurant has great vibe very clean and welcoming. The best part was the food it was delicious appetizing and scrumptious. Thanks to the chefs and staff. will return.

I'm not one to leave a negative post but, I've heard of this Tropical Smokehouse downtown, I ordered the Prime Brisket meal for $18.00, when my plate came to the table, it had ( 1 ) slice of Brisket which was half fat, the meat was good flavor, and a small portion of fries. Just thought for $18.00 little more meat, we had good service and it was it seem to be a clean restaurant.

Food is always pretty good I am a consistent customer when it comes to the burgers. The customer service by both female Latino women managers (assuming b/c other employees always go to them for questions) is absolutely horrendous attitudes, demeanor, and the way their approach at solving problems is horrible. As a fellow Latin American I am disgusted. All other employees I have dealt with over the MULTIPLE times of dining inside and for takeout have been awesome no complaints. I have had friends that I have referred tell me the same thing. It’s truly sad as the environment would be much better without the hostility even asking for a simple modification turns into an attitude towards the customer. And should the owner see this please feel free to contact me.

i’m giving this place 5 stars for the quality of food. it’s really so dam good. always consistent quality too. i love ordering from here. best hush puppies ever. cheese fries are amazing.

Super delish. I accidentally ordered a full rack of ribs which was so most literally falling off the bone yumm, the cornbread was Amazing and the crocodile sausage was soo good with a kick the white Mac and cheese was creamy definitely recommend service was fast we were waited by Paul walker look a like sorry I didn’t catch your name thank you for making the experience enjoyable
