Trilogy Sanctuary

Vegan and gluten free. Falafel tacos were amazing! Loved the texture of the buckwheat pita. This restaurant is very busy, and you have to walk through a bit of a crowd with stuff going on to get there which is a bit overwhelming. But worth it.

A true gem of the area. All vegan, organic and delicious. There's a cute shop located on the roof of the restaurant, along with a yurt for classes and a stage for those doing yoga the day we went! Delicious smoothies and desserts as those were my choices for my visit. Aesthetics are there and friendly humans as well. Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see an elevator to access this location on the roof :/

Got the Mac and açaí bowl as well as the chocoholic bowl and everything was so so good! I could not stop eating. I also have multiple dietary restrictions and being able to eat somewhere without worry is such a good feeling. Will definitely be back!

Recommend. Atmosphere is tranquil and easy going, same as the service. Good place to chill out with a cup of delightful golden latte while reading or writing. The food is great for vegans.

We have been to La Jolla twice for vacation and each time we come here! This last visit, we had three fantastic meals from Trilogy. The food is delicious and nutritious and the protein smoothies are fantastic.

Great place to hang out! Brilliant food, coffee and desserts!

Super cool roof top cafe. Amazing food. Healthy. Burger was so good. All the food we saw come out looked great. I’m celiac so it’s so gluten free. I’m also a meat eater and was more than satisfied with my vegan meal. Also impressive how fast they get the food out. Awesome views too being a full roof top set up. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and dairy free and most seed oil free.
