love this place so much. great vegan food, awesome bartenders and servers, great crowd, and outdoor seating in a bustling area when it's warm. one of the best bars in South Philly!

First time at this cozy spot and I will return - the server recommendations were spot on the stuffed shells and pizza were just enough - the food disappeared before there was a thought to take a photo

Please disregard the below review that I previously left. Ever since I had the below issue at this professionally ran tavern, Tom (who is the manager) has given me some of the best experiences that I have ever encountered as a consumer. Tom is professional, kind, concerned patient and just an overall great manager. Because of him I can continue ordering my vegan wings & french fries that I enjoy sooo much!!!! Thank you Tom, I appreciate you so much!!!! ⬇️ I am a loyal customer and I always order 2 orders of vegan wings and vegan cheese fries. The portion sizes were better before the pandemic but now the portion sizes are inadequate for the amount of money that they charge for them. 2- orders of Vegan wings $22. ea 2- orders of vegan cheese fries $7. ea Usually when I call to complain they normally compensate me for the inconvenience. When I called on 12/11/23 I explained to the lady that took my order of the prior circumstances. She seemed like she had intended on preventing that from occurring again. When I received my order, the portion sizes were inadequate again. When I called back to speak to her about it, she conveyed to me “that’s how we do it”. When I asked to speak to someone in charge, she said the manager Tom won’t be in until the next morning. Normally someone is always in charge of the shifts. My mornings are super busy during the holidays and I didn’t have time to call back to speak to Tom the following morning. She was cold and seemed to not care, so due to her response and the way she handled everything, I will not be ordering from the Triangle Tavern any longer.

Honestly… a little sad and pretty disappointed. Idk how my vegan cheesesteak and vegan wings ended up costing me $30+ and neither of them were even that tasty, especially for the price. I’ve had better for way less. Definitely won’t be back especially since it was so expensive to taste the way it did :(
