Trellis Room

My husband and I ate here and are super disappointed! The whole restaurant is empty on a Friday night. It took a while to be served water with the whole restaurant being empty. We ordered the mushroom pasta and short ribs. The pasta had good flavor but the short ribs were horrible. They tasted like a tv dinner. When the server took it away, she came back and told us that “they tried a new type of short rib and it was a no go”. If it was a no go, why was this served to us? It was horrible. Dry and not tender at all. The drinks were good but overall not worth it. They also don’t have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options which is also a bad move on their part and very short sighted.

Great Food! Great Atmosphere!

Honestly, we had a rough start at Battlehouse. Valet to front desk were trying the best. Anyways weekend was fine. Mobile was so so. Trellis was on point. Leo remembered us, that was a plus to feel like we were kinda welcomed there. Rachel was a great server. She actually smiled, loved that. Things are within walking distance but choose to eat here instead. Thanks.

Amazing food and super great service

The BEST breakfast buffet in Mobile!!! It is in the beautiful Battlehouse Hotel. Pancakes are out of this world. We come every year for Mardi Gras and make sure to have breakfast here. Ms. Olga makes sure you feel like home here. Breanna was our lovely server. Keep it up. See you again next year!

My husband and I had a fantastic time eating here. He ordered the ricotta lasagna, and I ordered some type of seafood pasta. Both were delicious! The complimentary valet parking was a plus, I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Great Italian food, try the Chicken Parm if you want the best you have had!

Excellent experience. We had a family if 5. Cuisine was spot on all the way around from taste to presentation. Had the bronzino. Others in my party had the scallops and lasagna. Friendly and professional wait staff. Beautiful ornate dining room. Not loud so you can actually have a conversation across the table.
