Trattoria Sunday Supper

Danny was accommodating and not a complete douche. Ronnie, the bartender, is such a pompous prick that I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. The treatment was god awful. I asked for a water refill and Ronnie laughed at me as if I didn’t just tip them for absolutely nothing. I asked if there was anything wrong and he acted like he thought I didn’t hear or see him laugh right in front of my face. Now, I’m listening to his interaction with another guest who asked him a question and he just told him to ask someone else. I come from the restaurant industry. Specifically fine dining. If I were to have treated a guest the way this guy treats guests, I would have been black balled from the industry. Not sure what is going on or how this guy is employed in a customer service role.

I want to start off by saying the food is good but the price is like all airports. This is where it starts to suck. So I ordered my food and wanted to have it at the bar so I could enjoy a soda pop but the guy in this photo made it a point to stop me and tell me I was not allowed to enter and was very rude about it. They did not tell me this before I ordered my food that I could not eat here nore did they have it posted anywhere. No big deal the other bar was more than happy to take my money. But I figured I would put him in the spotlight for being very rude.

The pizza is awful. I’m not sure how you can screw pizza up that badly but somehow they did it. What’s even more offensive though is how incredibly rude the servers there are. It honestly feels like they don’t want people’s business at all.

Terrible quality food ( literally frozen food tastes better). Waited 20 minutes and asked 2-3 times on status of food. Chocolate cake was inedible. What a waste of a meal.

Double charged for food and still trying to get a refund.

Terrible service. Waited for a long time for basic service. Won’t refill water and refuse to refill coffee. I’m here every other day and will tell people to avoid this spot.

The pizza was really good

Absolutely awful food. I've had TV dinners that would be considered fine dining over this mound of fecal matter they call food.
