What a wonderful little quaint place. The atmosphere was very beautiful. I loved every part of my experience. They had paintings placed all around the dining area. I could tell it was an artist who was a local. The pictures were vibrant and engaging. Our hostess was the sweetest lady ever and had a very kind demeanor. She recommended a dish to my husband that had him extremely pleased. I had the 4 cheese rigatoni that had a sauce that was beyond delicious. The dishes were reasonably priced and everything was freshly cooked. They even make their desserts fresh but we had to tap out after the delicious meal because we were full. I loved the intimacy of the environment as well and think that it's a great date night for people over 30 years old. We didn't engage in the wine but they had a large selection and an on site bartender. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on one level so it is wheelchair accessible.

Not very friendly even to locals and there is a hidden 6 plus % service charge on the menu items that added $20 to my tab. When I called to say I did not see that on the total, I was told it was because of the minimal wage increase even though I left a tip!!!! For 2 people who split an entree for $38 (not good) and 2 glasses of wine, split bill $71 each with the 5% increase which is only listed on the menu not the bill! So $140 + for a split entree and 2glasse of wine Noway

Great small-medium sized authentic Italian restaurant. Great vibe, great service, great food. Very pleasant staff. Great location, right across from the best San Diego ocean view. Great for dinner and a walk. Parking: Plenty of street parking on side street. In front looked a little tight. Short walk.

Terrific neighborhood restaurant. This is our go-to for Italian. Always solid service and really excellent food. Now that we've been here 20 times, we can tell you it is remarkably consistently good.

Disappointing dinner especially for rates they charge. Risotto was dry, (not creamy and moist as should be.) And to top it off they added a surcharge when using credit cards!!!.... without any advance notice! Plenty of other great choices near by.
