Trap Vegan

This was my first time here, I’m not vegan but came to try something new and I loved the truffle fries and the fried cauliflower, I also enjoyed my smoothie the Detroit Hottie I highly recommend checking this place out! Customer service is terrible and the wait time is absolutely ridiculous! I order and items and after sitting for over 40 mins inside the restaurant I was informed after I didn't receive the item that they don't have it! I asked for a refund and was informed all refunds can't be processed until the end of the night and took the receipt. Well 2 weeks later I have yet to receive a refund and called and yet to still receive my money for food I didn't receive!!!!!! I will not be returning

The service I received was terrible which is a shame because the food is delicious. I went in to pick up an online order I’d placed 30 minutes prior online and when I politely asked a staff member about the status of my order he told me “this isn’t McDonalds” instead of just giving me an estimate of when my order might be ready. I understand that they are busy but that’s no excuse for bad service.

My Husband and I visited there today. This was our first time hearing of this place after googling it online. The burgers were AMAZING. I have eaten at many vegan restaurants and this by far was one of the best burgers that I’ve ever had. We had the Soul Survivor and they were seasoned to perfection. We will certainly be back when we’re back in Michigan.

Best vegan spot in Detroit. I don’t know they get their vegan cheese to melt!

Excellent service, food was amazing, and it was very clean!!!!

Staff was kind and welcoming upon arrival, even tho they were busy and it was all hands on deck. I got the sliders … arguably one of the best vegan patties I’ve ever had. All the toppings were on point … the ‘cheese’ melted to perfection… beautiful bun. Side of curly fries were also divine. Thanks for the lunch. Vegetarian options: Vegan

Omg I must admit! This place deserves 10 stars but it won’t let me. From the food to the atmosphere. It was my first time here and like the woman at the cash register said, “I’ll be back” I highly recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed.

OMG the food here is amazing the Chik'in sliders are the best they taste indistinguishable from real chicken I had mine on a bed of lettuce, The Blue pill bowl was delicious and fresh not pictured), sweet potatoe fries ,& the Soul Survivor burger was also good. I have a wheat-sensitive belly so the bread was allot for my tummy hoping for a sourdough or lettuce wrap option in the future. The staff was kind and knowledgeable and the atmosphere was cute and trendy. New to my vegan journey this spot won't make me miss meat or dairy at all !

Drove a little out of our way to try this spot now that I am essentially vegan for lent. This was the best meal I've had so far during this journey. It is a bit pricey but everything is made fresh to order and the staff was friendly.
